I use TurboCad Pro and MeshCam. I have designed some
propellers in 3D using TurboCad and exported them as STL
files. MeshCam read the them in and did exactly what I wanted.
I am quite happy with them both. I don't know is the non-Pro
version of TurboCad exports STL but they should be able to
tell you that.
