Help! Futaba Pulscale linear scales. Need info, pinouts, ...

I have a pair of Futaba Pulscale FM linear scales.

Long scale: Model: FM95QB
5V Amplifier unit: Model: EDQ202

Short scale: Model: FM55QB
5V Amplifier unit: Model: EDQ202

The amplifiers have circular connectors for the output.

Docs and specs?
What resolution are these scales?
What DROs can use these?
I have an Acu-Rite DRO (2X Mill D200 DOM)
