Rhino 3D using 1 grid of 1" x 2" spacing. How do I cover the

there is a surface tool bar at the top, from there you can choose
from many ways.
Try loft two lines, or patch a closed poligon.or create a surface
from planar curves,or from edge curves.
loft does a good job with 3d curves.
