Hi Ron,
If your encoders are marked up as H9700 I have just taken one of mine to bits. The top and the bottem seperate and there is also a little circuit board on the back with the following markings :
Black = G
Red = V
Yellow = A
Blue = B
If this is like the USDigital markings it will be V= +5volts, G= ground, A and B are signals out for quarature outputs.

Has someone figured out the wiring of the encoder on these small servos?
There are 4 wires, and no visible components, so the trick recently
noted of looking for the cap wont help. Just 4 wires into a molded
plastic block. I want to try one of these on the gekodrive modules I
got, just to learn something about servos.
