Couple quick thoughts::: I have trouble with Intellicad<>AutoCad 13 ...
sometimes because the xfer comes in white on white (g) or like that ... and
sometimes it helps to * IMPORT * the files from one to the other, not just *
OPEN * them . that takes care of 95% of problems.
