Need Help for Mach3 Turn Setting to Stepper Motors

I hv bought a breakout board from CNC4PC to activate my Lathe. I
connected the breakout board through DB25 male to male connector and
power up the board. The spindle and coolent ON/OFF works correctly, i
mean its led works when i click the spindle On/Off Button in software.

When i click the -x jog botton in mach3turn the step led and
direction led becomes on and continously on till then i do not click
the +x jog botton. when i click the +x jog button only direction led
becomes off but the step led become on till it powered off.

The same situation is with z axis motor.

Can someone help me in this situation.

I think it is Mach3 software setting problem that do not creat pulse
in steps form it only make the terminals On / Off.

I shell be very thankfull for this great help.
