Hi Shadi,
You need one for every drive. Take the two motor wires and wind them
both through the toroid about 6 or 7 times. Try to keep the wires
together as you wind them. The toroid wants to be as close to the drive
as possible.
I used some toroids that I happeded to have lying around. You can get
them from most electronics suppliers. I am in the UK and one supplier I
use is RS components. Go to www.rswww.com and enter this code: 467-4554.
That will give you an idea what you are looking for. They are probably
about the smallest you can use. Within reason, bigger is better. RS have
offices in quite a few countries. If you are in the US, Digikey, Newark
or Mouser probably stock them.
