component data sheets

I am building the interface cards from boondog automation. I hope to
apply some of the results to my DRO+ (Tom Kulaga's) to run the EDM
outlined in Home Shop Machinist. Does anyone have a source of data
sheets for IC's? I want to upgrade the Boondog PWM card to the 2998
IC bridge and can't find the data sheet for Allegro's UDN2993. Any
help or direction would be appreciated.
