Great job Graham !
The issue of image dimensions is probably related to delays from
original stepper - encoder - new stepper.
I'm trying to modify an epson d68. Is making a lot of curious
movements before print. I didn't figure out how to detect when it
really start to print...
I was even thinking to rebuild the printer from scratch and I have
found a printhead hack:
http://spritesmods.com/?art=inker
To rebuild the hole printer is pretty complicated ...
And a fun application (I still don't know who could use it ..)
