For your information the D2764D is EPROM containing PLC's program
and HM6116LP is RAM which should hold the configuration data (I
guess). The RAM chip is always completely washed as soon as it stays
without any power supply or taken out from it's socket. Try to
figure out how to initialize your PLC.
