Jewelry Making Software

Dear Forum Friends,

Would like to get started designing & making different jewelry items,
rings, engravings, & items with 2D, 3D, 4D, configurations.

Currently have a Sherline Setup. Is there any Sherline CNC Users that
have gone this route and would mind sharing their thoughts.

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but it appears that software will be a big
priority, as well as price?

I'm retired and tired most of the time. Small time operator. Please
feel free to post here and/or off list if you prefer.
