  That is how I made mine, just took an old drill bit, ground it to the 
tooth profile, put it in my fly cutter and away you go. A lot of work
for a $12 pulley but when you add shipping and waiting it was worth it.
Now I have cnc'ed my rotary table it is almost automatic.
