Hang on! I've got it at home, but I don't get home 'till about 10:00PM
pacific time. Tonight/tomorrow I'll check a few things out for you. Do
you have a simple 'scope? If so, you could look at the 6 s/d lines.
You will also need "several" grounds. Look at the board schematic or
connection diagram and find the ground line. As I recall, pins 18-25 on
the DB connector are grounds. You ARE in the parallel port connector,
and not a 25-pin serial connector, I assume. Anyway, you should see the
pulses and direction levels on the connector, if you issue a SLOW move.
Use ground(s).
Seqset.exe is not needed, because MAXPRO (s/d) just needs to generate
step pulses, not the 4-phases needed by their simple driver board.
