Freeware CAM software?

I'm finally starting to do some production work with my CNC Taig milling
machine and I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for freeware CAM
software. I have managed to get this far in my CNC project without spending
a cent on software (Ubuntu, EMC2, NCPlot, DeskEngrave, Stickfont), and I
would like to be able to do CAM as well. I am using a couple of g-code
generation utilities that my friend wrote for me in Java but I would love to
create code directly from DXFs. I have Autodesk Inventor for CAD (part of a
much earlier project so it doesn't count) and I took a class in FeatureCAM
this summer so I'm pretty familiar with what to do, I'm just not willing to
spend money on software at this point.
