McMaster seems to have about as good a price on ball screw as you
are going to get new.

they also have round and regtangular nuts. the round cost quite a
bit more that the square.

Ron Steele and they also show what you are looking for. Once I
find a nice affordable ball screw I plan on using Ron's plans. It
does add to the height of the machine and requires relocation of the
power box.
