John, first of all congratulation's for achievements!
I was thinking that the cam software (giving him the V-shape bit
constraint) will approximate the involute by multiple pases.
work out > the X travel.
Could you please send me some details about how could I do something
similar ? it seems that complicated trigonometry to me ...
