KCAM Startup Error

Has anyone experience a start up errot with KCAM 4? When I start the
program, I get a popup error that says

"Failed to load control 'MSCOMM' from MSCOMM32.OCX. Your version
of MSCOMM32 may be outdated. Make sure you have loaded the version of
MSCOMM that came with your application"

Seems like such a simple issue, but the solution isn't clear to me.

Any help is always apprciated.
