Seems like Lindsey has it. However MSC and Enco also have a book with a similar, if not the same title.

Search of Amazon gave no hits. LC had this one and a bunch in German and possibly Russian or Polish. Also some Itallian stuff.
Since it is obviously OP (out of print) a reprinter is your best bet aside from just stumbling across a real copy. Good Luck,
