I have a nice Emco CNC lathe up on ebay right now, ends in a day or so.

It works as is, but the Emco supplied control software is pitiful
compared to Mach or EMC. You should be able to generate the code with
the Emco CAM software and run it under EMC or Mach if you wish to
retrofit it.
