three days each time while the defense attorneys eliminated every candidate
that had any opinions whatsoever concerning right and wrong.
The second case involved a brutal murder. 125 of us were called in from
which 12 people were selected. 60 more were on standby. The defense
eliminated more than 100 before they were satisfied. It was not what I
would call a representative cross-section of citizens.
