If you have a 3/8" boring bar holder, then Sherline sells small boring bars,
I just bored out a 6mm gear to .25".

pulley known to man. If you lived in my neighborhood, I'd bore it for
you. I have a set of 5mm-6mm carbide boring bars. I seldom use them,
but when you need to bore those tiny sizes, they sure come in handy.
