GOOD LUCK!!! If you have a problem!!! If the Good lady who answers the phone can't help you you are out of luck. I have a friend who went to NAMES just to talk with IMservice as he bought a new lathe and mill that the original owner could no get going. He thought that Imservice was going to work with him because they said they would get back with him after the show. They never did . He has contacted them a couple of times since the NAMES show and they still have not helped him.
