That's too bad Bill; that's not been my experience.
My complaints are with the documentation provided with Vector, not with the program itself (that I still think is a bargain, compared to the alternatives) and certainly not with Fred or IMServ.
I admit I'm a wee bit miffed at the delay in getting the license key for the upgrade, but all my other dealings over the years have been quite satisfactory.
Indeed, my request in this forum for some v12 docs after my initial somewhat snotty message was met with a speedy reply and a pointer to those docs.
