Retrofitting a single pillar drill is easy, cheap and effective.
The components are not expensive, and a simple machine can be refit in a
few hours if the components are ready-machined.

I would be glad to advise you, and do not need to sell yourselves
anything to do so (ie for free).

How many holes are you now drilling / day ?
What is the approx size and depth of the holes ?

How many holes would you like to be able to do ?
Are most of the holes the same size and depth ?

I suspect a multi-spindle drill machine, using transmission belts, and
steppers with a mach3 cnc retrofit would be most cost effective.
