I would be careful with second hand LCD screens if I were you, the lighting is usually <895%) tiny fluorescent tubes with a relatively short lifetime, especially if used commercially and left switched on all the time.
they also contain mercury....
Modern good screens have LED backlights, but that is really really new....anything less is not good enough.
My personal take is buy new and LED backlighting, otherwise you may have bought a 10 day wonder, probably with no guarantee...
