Assuming you are in the US, this is the Arduino I would buy:

I have purchased from them before and was quite happy with the quick
shipping and quality of the product (My MendelMax is running off the
Arduino I bought from them). If you are outside the US or you are
inside the US and don't mind waiting for delivery, there may be other
sellers on eBay with better prices. Any Arduino Mega 1280 or Arduino
Mega 2560 is suitable.
