I use FeatureCAM, its expensive but it is one of the best hands down.
Unfortunately they give a big (50%) discount if you are currently using a
different package and switch, which you wouldn't be eligible for. You
never know, they might be willing to give you an academic discount. One
seat plus dongle is about 5k.
