The problem nowadays is that the collets no longer come in these nice pots :( In
fact the Taig imperial ones come in a cardboard box.

But I haven't used the ER16 spindle in probably 4 years, the Kress unit has been
on the mill ever since I swapped over, so it's unlikely they will ware out :)
