RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] I was given an Electro-Craft Max-430 Driver, a few questions now...

Don't know about the suitability of the controller, but for motors you may
want to try Dan Mauch at Camtronics ( http://www.seanet.com/~dmauch/ ). I
have exchanged e-mail with him regarding servos motors and if I got it
correctly he has some NEMA 23 size units that are about 5" long and have a
200 line encoder and are new units. He had mentioned using them on a
Shoptask and also on his mill drill.
