Perhaps the member of the groups has matured enough to be an expert. No question asks since everybody knows about everything in CAD CAM field.New groups with new kind of interest in emerging surely pretty active there such as: 3d printing with extruder and DLP projector.

I monitor the board daily and someties reply to items of interest. I think the cnc zone is where many have gone. I belong to another unrelated Yahoo group which has been largely superceeded by a much better forum. I guess it it just the way the web progresses. Since members of this group were the ones who helped me get started I'll continue to watch this group as long as it continues.

It looks like this once great board has just about died. Perhaps it's time to rethink its mission statement and boost participation. It would be a shame to see Bill Wanliker's pioneering effort fade away.
