Hi Gary - I ended up with about a 10:1 ratio for my fourth axis and I think
that's pretty good - a little slow but it's more accurate and fits my needs
- when I was direct drive from a stepper motor it was completely unusable,
then I made a drive that was like 3:1 and it was OK but still the best, but
at 10:1 I am pretty happy - ymmv :)
