Take a look at the attached PDF file. I am not sure it will solve your
problem. However, it does list some other manuals which you should be able
to access at

You may have to do a bit of searching but hopefully you can find your answer
there. Often the PLC OEMs require use of their proprietary programming
software to actually program the PLC. However, in some cases you can at
least download and upload the existing logic using a common serial
communications connection. Also, if the PLC is so equipped, one can use an
Ethernet connection over a LAN or directly from the LAN port on a laptop,
etc. That was becoming the most common method when I retired and I think it
remains the mainstream way to communicate with the PLC CPU.
