Hi Jack

Have a look at this video. It's slightly off-topic, but notice the RPM and
milling feed rate. Note especially how deep the cutter goes according the
RPM. It's not forced, so this looks to me like the 'natural' depth of cut,
at a surprisingly low RPM.
