Pinout info for cyber-nc ToolTech controller

Hello everyone,
I was hoping that someone might have the pinouts or set up for a cyber-nc /ToolTech controller I've had for a while (2002-3?), but for various reasons haven't been able to assemble into a cnc unit until now.
I received no instructions with the unit, (that is when it had finally arrived over 4 months after ordering).
I've tried to find set up instructions online but haven't found anything so I'm hoping that someone here might have some info.
