Yahoo problem wes Re: Navy Machinist's Handbook. PDF FILES

I have had that problem before, but it was the web browser(internet explorer, firefox, chrome). The settings got changed to not allow yahoo to set cookies or something else. Sorry that I don't remember specifically, but once I got the settings back to default it worked fine.
