Machinist shop I was at years ago had some, more as a curiosity than anything else. They come with a special chuck and a few other bits.
I did see some for a sale a few years ago.
Apparently you can get ones to drill 5 ,6 & 8 sided holes as well.
I thought they were a 60s invention, didn’t realise they were that old.

Nothing new here. This technology was introduced to me in the 60's in a kinematics class in engineering school. IIRC the instructor said it was from the teens's Harry J. Watts, for whom the drill is named after, actually received a patent (#1,241,176) for it on September 25, 1917.
