---A More jig borer and a Bridgeport milling machine are two
completely different animals. I have an old Moore book around
somewhere that describes the precision that goes into their product
and how to work to close limits on Moore and other machines. If I
remember correctly, there is a heating element in the spindle bearing
of the Moore jig borer that keeps the bearing at a constant temp.
looking through the book you realize just much the trade has changed
and just how easier it is now with computer controlled edm
