Well, right here I see trouble. A servo system with 6 IPS^2 might be
ok, with enough power (not mine), but this is almost certainly too
much for a stepper on a Bridgeport size machine. maybe even
too much for a mini machine. Try about 1 or 2 for the acceleration
paramemters.
