Try a search on screw machines on the web. There are lots of dealers
around the country with machines in stock.

Beware of prices. A small machine would be like a #00 Brown &
Sharpe, 1/2" bar capacity. Dealer prices will usually be high
because they like to deal in rebuilt or good condition machines.
Average dealer price would be around $3000. A very good condition
later model could go for up to $10K. Auction prices would be half
these or less.

Condition is something to watch out for since your typical machine
probably will have been built back in the fifties. Few years ago I
bought 4 of them for lot price of $2000. They were so badly worn
that combining parts of all four barely made one useable machine.
The machines I bought had been used to make the same part
continuously for 15 years until they were so badly worn they weren't
worth patching together any longer.
