Terry! I wish! I can do double-sided and even "CNC" drilling with a
home-brew drill which does about one hole per second, but I have NO clue how
to PTH! So, I use a few tiny rivets! I had some "surplus gimmes" which were
gold-plated, for #56 holes, but the got all used-up very fast! The current
ones I have on hand are ugly tin-plate, and need a #51 hole, quite a "jump"
in diameter! Swaging and soldering-over is a drag, but, well, what can one
do! If YOU find out how to PTH over the kitchen-sink, lemme know! Jan
Rowland, Troll P>S: (I have gotten some boards in "lots" of 20 and 100,
but the one or two times I had to get a PTH prototype "one-each", it was like
$400 for ONE small board! (They "gave" me two for same price!).
