SURVEY: Respond with your configuration

I guess my question is in the nature of a survey of sorts.
What I'm proposing is just a simple response from anyone
who'd like to participate listing the following:

1. Design work : software used
2. G-Code Translation from design : software used
3. G-Code to machine control signals : software/hardware used
4. Actual drive components : drivers/motors used
5. Machine controlled : (i.e. Bridgeport mill, etc.)
---------------------------------------------------------------------

If enough people respond I think those of us just beginning to dip
a toe in the CNC waters might be able to get a good picture of the
different type of configurations "out there" and what people are doing.
