Yes the newest Mazak Fusion controllers are Pentium + Win95 based
But The Intel Pentium processor is only used for the userinterface
And calculations all Done with a special and EXTREMELY! fast 64-BIT
RISC processor.
This makes it possible to have full network capabilities on your
Machine and even internet, autocad and games
With PC-anywhere it is even possible to check the state of your
machine while you are at home
Even running programs directly from the harddrive is possible so
DNC isn't neccesary and the machine can always be used as standalone.
