My first lesson in an ultralight (Quicksilver, set up for instruction) the
instructor was chasing a guy on a dirt motorcycle going down a gully! Trying
to demonstrate to me how safe and manuveralby the Quicksilver is. The next
lesson, up about 6-700 agl and turn off the motor to show me how well they
can glide. (they don't very well) kind of scary when your starter is a rope
hanging down behind your head.
