I've relayed it to the appropriate front room!

He is actually a chartered engineer, ex Bristol Aircraft Co/Rolls
Royce and a very competent engineer and model engineer. As a sideline
he is Chief RAC Scrutineer at many motor racing events.
The enhanced quality of the contents has been a noteable success of
his, despite regular efforts by his bosses to increase the output,
which would dilute it.
Like an increasing number of people, he is fortunate that modern
technology enables him to work from home rather than spend
unproductive hours flogging around the M25!
