Joe,
Why would you want 4 sparks per revolution? The simplest, if you can
call it that, is to machine the flywheel and add 3 more magnets the
magnets must be the right polarity for the magneto to fire. Every
manufacturer of engine has there own spin on this usually it is South
North South. Or you could add 3 more magnetos which might be easier. I
can get into more detail if you want.
