Hi all,
One of the testbeds for emc was a Kearny and Trecker (sp) at GM. Not exactly a garage sized mill. On the other hand I doubt it
moved at very high speeds. Having time to react or get out of the way contributes to safety. Not as ideal as foolproofing the
machine but a definite start. 10-15 in/min is far easier than 100-200 or more like some of the hsm stuff.
