Resolution or changing Milling bits? MDX-3 Vs MAXNC-10:

Hi All,

I want to thank everyone who offered their comments about these two
machines.I am leaning towards the MAXNC-10,but wonder if the software
is good and easy to use. But I have one burning question about the
final product.
What does the quality of the final model look like? If I took one DXF
file and had both machines make it what would they look like?
Would they look the same in wax whether I used the MDX-3 or the MAXNC?
Is this a question of machine or talent?
