I've aquired some rotary encoders labeled HP Qeds 7099. Can anyone
help me with the wiring. One wire is solid black and I assume that is
the ground, and I get continuity with that and the adjacent wire. Can
I assume that is the + and the other two are signal.
And, can I hurt them if I hook them up wrong.
Looking to first hook them up to a Kaluga/Mauch DRO board, and later
to servos.
Appreciate any other info on these encoders, I couldn't find anything
on the HP website.
