Yes, absolutely so!

I think anything you would want is available from their web site,
this is as close as I could get, but I couldn't find anything on
QEDS*. http://www.semiconductor.agilent.com/motion/index.html

The best I can do is tell you that the QEDS sounds like a number that
is a customization of a standard part. So, you may have to look through
their data sheets a bit and figure out what base part they customized.
I have some QEDS-7163 units that I deciphered. They have a 10
conductor ribbon cable with no connector, just stripped ends.
I figured out that pin 2 is +5, pin 3 is gnd, and pins 1 and 8 are
the digital outputs. This particular unit also has analog (sine wave)
outputs, which aren't of much use to me.
