Do not get paranoid about tantalums. As i said i have never seen a
blown tantalum. But i have seen blown electrolitics, resistors,
voltage regulators, transformers and PC board traces. Does that mean
we should not use any of this stuff in electrical design. This
thread needs a little common sence.
